About Us

We are a Denver based acoustic violin-guitar duo available for weddings and other events! Laura is a classically trained violinist who has been playing for over 30 years.  She was a member of the Charlotte Symphony Youth Orchestra, Denver Philharmonic, and is the 2025 Louisville Old-time fiddle champion.  Geordie is a skilled guitarist and the 2018 Rockygrass flatpicking champion. We met in the local bluegrass scene here in Denver 8 years ago, and have been playing together ever since! Our repertoire includes classical pieces, folk and bluegrass tunes, Jazz, acoustic covers of popular songs, and anything in between, and we are always willing to learn something new!
